About Me
I am President of Protect Allergic Kids (PAK). PAK is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and a registered charity with the State of New York. I am a mother of 3 children. Two of my sons have life threatening food allergies to all milk products and tree nuts. I help raise awareness and conduct workshops all over Long Island. I am also on the FAAN Walk committee and work hard to raise funds to find a cure.
